All donations are voluntary and non-exchangeable for goods or services unless explicitly stated.
Donations are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise indicated.
The billing descriptor shown on your card or bank statement is set by our payment acquirer and will generally show as GRACE CALVARY MINISTRIES.
We use third-party payment processors to accept payments and do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Payment provider: ABSA BANK.
All payment disputes should be raised with the payment provider and to us at admin@gracecalvaryministries.org.
Donations are generally non-refundable except in cases of error or as required by law.
To request a refund contact us at admin@gracecalvaryministries.org within 14 days and include your transaction reference.
We use donations to support our programs for orphaned and vulnerable children including education, healthcare and shelter.
We will use funds in line with our mission and applicable laws and regulations.
We issue donation receipts where required for accounting and donor records.
If you need a tax receipt or specific documentation please contact us and provide the transaction reference.
Donors must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to donate.
Our site may contain links to third-party sites and services and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
